Since 2021, Toitures Hogue is proud to welcome many talented interns from the Centre de Formation Le Chantier. This unique experience at the heart of our team allows them to fully experience the profession they have chosen. Supervised by our team, these new recruits have the chance to visit real construction sites in order to learn and interact with their future colleagues.

Benefiting from personalized training, they have the chance to deepen each task inherent in the profession of roofer and be ready to officially enter the labor market.
