TH Best managed Compagnies

Toitures Hogue recently reached a milestone by being named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for a third consecutive year. With its great ability to adapt, its pursuit of its raison d’être in a market filled with uncertainty, and its remarkable operational and financial performance, the company was able to compete once again for a place in this renowned list.

On May 5, 2021, Deloitte announced the winners of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for 2021. This prestigious ranking, which recognizes excellence in Canadian-owned private companies, is the largest of its kind in the country.

In 2020, following a rigorous selection process and evaluation of the company’s management practices, Toitures Hogue was able to position itself well alongside other Canadian companies from different industries.

“ Once again this year, I would like to reiterate the importance of this accolade for our team, given the particular context in which we have all been operating for almost two years, ” explains Jocelyn Hogue, President of Toitures Hogue.

Demonstrating strength in a changing world

This year’s companies can attribute their success to their clearly defined corporate purpose, the implementation of measures to promote remote working and the attention paid to employee well-being. All of this has enabled these winners to remain present and competitive in a world of great upheaval and change.

« In one of the most challenging years for Canadian companies since the program’s inception, the 2021 winners of Canada’s Best Managed Companies program are a powerful example of the importance of leadership, innovation and resilience in uncertain times,” said Brigitte Vachon, Partner and Leader of Canada’s Best Managed Companies program for Quebec and the National Capital Region at Deloitte. “Not only should these companies be pleased to be included in this ranking, but they should be extremely proud of their organisational grit, their ability to continually adapt and their unwavering commitment to their people in a year when these qualities were most needed.”.

A great pride for all members of the Hogue family!
