Originally from Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, it was in 1973 that Réal Hogue decided to start his own company of master roofers.
Toitures Hogue quickly took off to become one of the most renowned roofers in Montreal.
His son Jocelyn and his daughter Lynda are involved in the company from a young age, and went through all levels of employment. Jocelyn has served as a roofer, estimator and business development manager. As for Lynda, she served as the company’s purchasing, maintenance, accounting and administration manager.
In 2012, Réal Hogue decided to hand over the reins of the company to his children. Today, as joint shareholders, Jocelyn and Lynda are leading a renowned company of over 150 employees.
